D&D General Wilderness Hex Daily Calendar Prelaunch Page

I'm getting ready to launch my next project and have just set the prelaunch Kickstarter page to live. It's going to be a daily wilderness hex calendar, akin to a "word of the day" calendar, except with a new hex, complete with a hook, encounter, or feature, for each day. As part of the project I'll also be printing a 380-page daily Hex workbook, spiral-bound (I think), that can be used either in conjunction with the calendar or as a stand-alone jounal. I've done a pretty rough mockup of what the calendar will look like (I'm still pricing out publishing options, and different companies use different size calendars, so I haven't nailed that down yet).

The goal is to have printing done by the beginning of December so these will ship out before the holidays (and start of the new year). Unlike most of my previous projects, this is going to be a system neutral product, instead of just specifically for the OSR crowd.

Well, the project wasn't going to fund, based on pledges thus far, so I've canceled it and revised the project to just include the workbook. The daily tear-away calendar really locked me into a high pledge goal, since I had to order a minimum of 1,000 units of those. My goal is to do the workbook now (I'm planning on launching this upcoming Tuesday, the 24th) with a shorter campaign and lower goal, again shooting to turn around physical books by the beginning of December. It's my first failed campaign out of, I think 26? I could tell within a few days that the momentum I was hoping for wasn't there, which is disappointing. My goal is to try again next year, early, and see if I can't lock in more wholesale orders on the front end to bring the production costs down.
