In the MM2 itself, where the WoW has been cleaned up compared to the original entry.

What DS said. Apologies for being unclear - the Wisp was first featured in the adventure module, and then "reprinted" with cleaner stats in MM2.
That's errata to me, but it's stealth errata and not an official "update".
Somebody at WotC clearly thinks not admitting your errors bring higher sales.
As for the rest of us, we would benefit much more if the adventure module in question was accompanied by a note going something like this: "btw, the Wisp has been updated in MM2. Because you have bought Trollhaunt, we won't be forcing you to buy MM2 just to get errata for your unrelated module, so here's the Wisp in its updated form. Have a nice day."
Or in other words, doin' it just like every decent rpg publisher does.

Um, okay. The MM2 block was the one I was having trouble with to begin with. So whoever said last page that the discussion was pointless... well, no, still confusing for me at least.

I can understand how it would be confusing, you're seeing 'sustain' language that doesn't exist in the printing.
Yes, it does.
I don't have Trollhaunt, so I can't say for sure. But the one in the Compendium does not match the one in MM2, and does have a sustain minor in its Luring Glow. There were other changes between the power descriptions in the Compendium and MM2 as well. And this is the Compendium as of right this minute.
