Wis Bonus To Attack?

Ah, yes, Intuitive Attack. Well spotted. Thank you!

Yes, this is for my Exalted, Vow of Poverty Monk. Cheesy? Yes. But I roleplay it to the hilt and think I earn it every session. I actually eschew many buffs and healings legitimately allowed under the rules, but which I think are against the spirit of the thing.

For damage:

Not a feat, but swordsages from Tome of Battle get a class ability called Insightful Strike (not to be confused with the Manoeuvre of the same name). You have to choose a discipline, and when you execute any strike from that discipline, you get your wis bonus to damage. Might be worth dipping into for a couple of levels.

I rely on my Monk Levels. WIS to damage would be epic, but next level I get Spell Resistance and right now spells are the only thing I fear.

Hmmm...Not sure what my GM will say about that...worth a shot!

I don't have my books with me, but unless I'm very much mistaken (and whoever created the PrC completely clueless about Rokugan), that PrC is for samurai. Sure, in a non-Rokugan setting, you can go ahead and take it as a monk, but you will not get any monky benefits, and it might also be hard to qualify for this PrC (My guess is that the entry requirements will reflect the role of a Shiba protector).

Actual, it is fairly simple to enter. The flavour is for a guardian type character, a sort of elite bodyguard. Anyone can qualify.
