What about a custom magic item?

Like what?
My DM allows custom items but i'd need an example to present. He would ,for example, allow Bracers of Ogre strength (basically transferinf the slot from hand to wrist) but they would both be enhancement bonuses and would not stack.
I don't see a luck bonus for Wisdom in the cards.

There are also probably items somewhere that let you increase your save DCs without necessarily improving your Wisdom. I don't know what those would be, though.

A Good feat would be spell focus (school you most often use against foes)

Saint Template gives a Wisdom boost

Human paragon gives you an ability boost you can add 2 wherever you want (although you'd lose 1 level of spellcasting) and you get a bonus feat and can use for any feat for which you apply.

Defeat an Aleax: +2 wisdom for doing so, SR 10 + HD, +1 insight to initiative, +2 perfection bonus to AC (why is this typed? It's like the only "perfection bonus" in existence).

Yeah that's what I thought, unfortunately there's little chance of him getting timeless body and magical aging affects don't add mental bonuses.
