Just for the record: I already thought of this shortly before I found out that the upcoming Warhammer MMO will have a WH class.

This is all prototypical of course. Input greatly appreciated.

Witch Hunter
Role: Striker
Power Source: Divine
Key Abilities: Charisma, Dexterity
Armor Training: Leather, + others
Weapon Proficiencies: Crossbow, Pistol, Rapier and Dagger
Bonus to Defense: +1 Reflex, +1 Will
Trained Skills: 4
Skill Modifiers: +1 Intimidate, +1 Insight
Hit Points at 1st Level: 12 + Constitution score
Hit Points per Level Gained: 5 + Constitution modifier
Healing Surges: 6 + Constitution modifier

Weapon Talent: Witch-hunters do not risk dangerous misfires when using pistols.

Channel Divinity: Retribution, Class Feature
Direct the wrath of your deity against any who would dare to accost His agent.
Minor Action
At Will * Divine, Weapon
Target: Single enemy who has attempted attack on you or your allies.
Effect: designate the attacking enemy as the target of Retribution; once per round do +1d6 radiant damage against your target; remains active until target is defeated, encounter ends, or you switch your target; (only 1 target at a time).

At Will Powers

:ranged: Divine Shot, Witch-hunter attack 1
In mid-flight, your crossbow bolt or pistol bullet transforms into a missile of divine energy that disregards armor. Does extra damage to undead or evil outsiders.
At-will * Divine, Weapon
Standard Action Ranged
Target: One creature
Attack: Dex vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Cha damage.
Special: 1[W] + (2 x Cha) damage against undead and Evil outsiders.

:ranged: Eye of Judgment, Witch-hunter attack 1
Your intimidating glare greatly disquiets your foe, making him an easier target for your attacks.
At-will * Divine, Charm
Minor Action Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Cha vs. Will
Hit: You gain Combat Advantage on the target until the end of your next turn.

Encounter Powers

:melee: Iron Maiden, Witch-Hunter counter 1

Encounter * Divine, Radiant
Your opponent is punished for striking you by searing divine light.
Immediate Reaction Melee
Trigger: An enemy makes a successful melee attack against you.
Attack: Cha + Reflex
Hit: 2d6 Radiant damage

Daily Powers

:melee: Bind, Witch-hunter attack 1
You strike your target while muttering a binding prayer, temporarily cutting off access to his powers.
Daily * Divine, Weapon
Standard Melee action
Target: One Creature
Attack: Str vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Str and Target must save or he cannot use any Encounter or Daily powers until the end of your next turn.
