Wonderfalls

Second episode was good, but took me a second viewing to really like it.
I really enjoyed the first episode but didn't care for the second. The first "rang true" to Gen Y in a retail dead end, the dysfunctional but still concerned family, and also made really good use of the Niagra Falls locale. The second didn't sit as well, partly due to the other girl being way too over-the-top and partly because the scenes with the family didn't jive with what had been set up in episode one. Still, I'll give it another shot. It's worth catching.

I liked both episodes equally. The best thing is that they stand up so well to repeat viewings so it's like getting 2 hours of TV for the 'price' of one.

For a show that just started it is very good. I feel like they are in stride now instead of taking a full season to do it. The only other shows that I watched that did that were Newsradio, Buffy & Firefly. And to a lesser extent, Farscape.

Lemme know, folks, if anyone hears about the second episode being re-aired; when it came on first, my wife and I were doing 70 down I-40.
