Woo-hoo! I hadn't even realized it was out yet...

Well, I tried to design it to fit pretty easily into most campaigns. It's designed on the premises of fairly traditional settings, and it takes place in a border region, so even if it doesn't work in the midst of your setting, you might be able to work it in around the edges.

Not that it'll fit into every setting, of course, but my guess is most people can make it work. :)

Incidentally, for those who have been playing for a good long while, it's worth noting that this module was, in part, inspired by the old 1E classic The Destiny of Kings. It was the first module I read, as a kid, that made me realize adventures didn't have to take place in a single dungeon environment. Hopefully, I've managed to honor its memory. :)

Looking forward to this. I'll have to see if I can get my hands on it soon, as my players are fast approaching 7th level, and from the description on the NG website, it sounds like it could be a good fit for their next adventure.

'tis indeed a printed work. In fact, I don't think it's available as PDF. It's available through EN World's RPG shop, not the online PDF store. Sorry if that wasn't clear. :heh:

And sure, I don't mind people asking me about it. It's roughly a 5th to 7th-level adventure, varying by party size.

Folks, as far as I know (and this is subject to change at any time), Necromancer Games' Kenzer releases are going to be limited print run, print-only books. After they sell out (notice that confidence there?) we might try to get them out as electronic releases but I am sure that would be at least a year away.

As far as Doom in particular, you want this book. Ari did a great job on it.

I might be biased (I just completed work for Ari on a different book and work for NG), but I think it is a great book. It should be easy to incorporate into just about any game world and allows the PCs a great deal of flexibility.
