I only looked at the top 10 and was astonished to not see Highlander II there... did you skim the whole list, do you know if it places there (or has it, as one might hope, been wiped from the collective consciousness of the world?)

I thought Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever couldn't be that bad, so I rented it. Surely nothing with Lucy Lui could be that bad. Yes, yes it can. Even on 4x speed, it's boring and useless.

I have seen both #1 and #2 and they don't hold a candle to the truely worst movie ever. As far as I am concerned The Scarlet Letter 1995 with Demi Moore is in a league of its own. I am still traumatized by this movie and a hot poker to the eyes and pierced eardrums would be better than ever seeing it again. The New York Times however had the best review I have seen when reviewing this movie. The Scarlet Letter is loosely based on the novel by Hawthorne much as methane is loosely based on cows.

But I agree, Highlander II is an experience. I believe I left about 2/3rds the way through, much later than other people in the theater.

Eh, I thought Highlander 4 was worse than Highlander 2. Highlander 2 at least had a budget and some halfway decent special effects (for its time), even if there was nothing else worthwhile about it. Highlander 4 didn't even have that.

And I never saw Highlander 5, but I heard it was even worse than 4 was.

To bad their list wasn't truly accurate because if it was then Manos, The Hands of Fate should be somewhere on that list...

Let me put it this way, it is about two rogue Canadian Secret Agents, one of whom is Chinese the other of whom is Mexican. I own a copy that was given to me for free. I'm saving it for a "Bad Movie Night" with my buddies, with our running MST3000-type sarcastic remarks it might actually be fun to watch.
