Worst Value for Money RPG Purchase

Ravenstar 1st Edition. Bought it last year at GenCon. It has been sitting on my shelf ever since and has not gotten one ounce of use. At least I got it dirt cheap.

GURPS 4th Edition Campaign Book. I bought it to GM a group that quickly disbanded for non-gaming reasons. I haven't used it since Spring 2005 and will probably never GM another GURPS game.

I occasionally use the GURPS 4th Ed. Character Book to put together a list of possible disadvantages for my players to consider taking on. For all my "generic" adventuring I'm going with True20.

Nearly everything from Fast Forward Entertainment. They put out early D20 stuff, but I can't think of anything of theirs I bought I have ever used. I probably should sell the stuff on eBay, but I don't think I'd get a dime.

I was really looking forward to their Dungeon World and Sundered Reaches... but they just weren't executed well at all.

Different strokes huh? :)

AEG's Secrets. I bought it thinking it would add all sorts of juicy "secret society" stuff. Instead, I got a splat book with new classes and lots of pretty much useless to me ideas. It was not so much "secrets" as "Stuff people don't know yet". Gathering dust on my shelf.

Any of the Monster Manuals exept for the original (and campaign specific ones). I can't understand how those monsters can go in a campaign.
Epic Level Handbook. Because I really don't like epic gaming. (If you do, then its a great book)

Yep, I picked up Treasure Quests super-cheap, and it was still a waste of cash. The maps are nigh useless (childish drawings, wacked-out scale, etc.) I don't even know where to begin listing the problems with the actual text. Ugh.

Advanced Player's Guide, by... I can't remember who made it. Bought it, read it, and said "um, yeah... this book is pointless."
