Quite well done.
One nit-pick. Religion? Not very WoTish, I might change it to the teachings of Lothair M????, the founder of the CotL.

Thanks Eosin, I appreciate your kind words 
I put knowledge in there because I imagined that the Questioner-to-be would be grilled on doctrine. Maybe change it to Knowledge (Whitecloak Doctrine)?
What do you think?
EDIT-
What about the Torture skill? Maybe instead of the victim using COn or Will (which doesn't make sense now that I think about it), the victim will be able to use Bluff vs. Torture?
