WOTC also terminated the secret project, The Book of Exalted Deeds. But, we can infer from SKRs comments that he has 'aquired' an advance draft of the document, before he left. One can only hope that Sean will never use the book. Although, it may be tempting to use the book to gain divinity, the book is not complete and if it were to be used the whole world would be plunged into the deepest darkness.

Ah yes... The cold splash of reality: Wizards of the Coast is a business in it's decline. Fingers get pointed. Blame is layed. Jobs are cut.

Will it change anything? Probably not. What I want to know is what GAMA is going to be like with these cuts and White Wolf's announcement of the EverQuest RPG?

The D20 system isn't going anywhere. There are plenty of other companies that are putting out great books without Wizards' fingers in the pie. Don't let Wizards and their BS ruin your game. It's business. If they want to mess it up then there really isn't anything we can do but enjoy our hobby.

Nothing Wizards does surprises me anymore.
