Well, as for me, just last October was the FIRST TIME EVER that I've had auto-renew work properly for me. It always threw some sort of error at me telling me that when it came time to renew my account, it couldn't charge my card. I always had to remove my old card information and enter it again (same card or a new one, I've done it either way) and then it worked. And that part of the site is so buggy it always took me multiple attempts, but always worked eventually. But this year it actually worked right for once. Odd.
I'm not going to attempt to mess with my account to see what's up with this though - I want it to stay working!
