WotC / Digital River Not Accepting Renewals of Existing Subscriptions to DDI

I guess there was a little misunderstanding there then. I thought you were putting those links up to show that the points I was raising - however much an extension of the larger issue that they may be - had already been raised. I am sorry about that, Morrus, sincerely. I'm apparently not on my game today for RAI.

Don't know if this helps, but I also got the error message you describe. I searched their FAQ section for Insider Support, and found this page:

I followed all the steps there, and somewhere in the shopping cart I gave them new credit card information, which they accepted. My renewal completed, and I'm subscribed until next year (I do the one year subscriptions).

Well, as for me, just last October was the FIRST TIME EVER that I've had auto-renew work properly for me. It always threw some sort of error at me telling me that when it came time to renew my account, it couldn't charge my card. I always had to remove my old card information and enter it again (same card or a new one, I've done it either way) and then it worked. And that part of the site is so buggy it always took me multiple attempts, but always worked eventually. But this year it actually worked right for once. Odd.

I'm not going to attempt to mess with my account to see what's up with this though - I want it to stay working!

Strange. I get as far as that stage, but it won't accept new card info for me. Rather frustrating! My account runs out in early February, and WotC only has outdated info for payment for cards I no longer have!
