D&D 5E WOTC LAUNCHES COMPREHENSIVE, FREE DIGITAL GAME AIDE!!!

At last!!! WoTC has launched a comprehensive digital game aide. It works for all editions (1e through 5e) and has all the approved campaign datasets and modules. It can be used on PC/Mac, iOS and Android. They are even working on a QNX version.

This one will include virtual table top play as well as the ability to integrate with MMORG's.

"Yeah," the WoTC representative said, "it dawned on us that we could actually make some money giving customers what they have wanted for 20 years. So here it is. Now leave us alone."

I'm sorry, but to me this reads less like a clever April Fool's joke, and more like, "I will use this as an excuse to criticize WotC and claim it was a joke in defense."

I like April Fool's Day, in general, but not when it is used in a mean-spirited way.

Which feels off since WotC wanted to give us tools, and tried, but had disagreements with the company they hired to produce them. Good tools take time.
