As I recall, the Runequest game has Ducks as a fairly common race. Sorta odd for a game which shoots for a more "realistic" game system (read: a crossbow shot can easily kill your PC.)

Yes, RQ did, indeed, have ducks as an intelligent race. Judges Guild even produced a duck-themed RQ adventure called Duck Tower, a take-off of sorts of Dark Tower.
