Would/Do You Wear A D&D T-shirt In Public?

sure
anyone who games and wouldn't needs help.

i've always geek related shirts. I used to get a lot of comments to my pink and the brain stuff. but of course half of them had to ask for explanations on the shirt with pinky having a though balloon with a picture of a pie, and brain having a thought balloon with the symbol for Pi.

I like being able to weed out who is too stupid to talk to by their reactions to my clothing.

as for gaming specific shirts, i had the many moods of orc shirt, and the jesus saves...and takes half damage shirt.

I have a few and wear them whenever I feel like wearing a t-shirt. Which on occasion is to work. My favorite one to wear to work is a Living Greyhawk, Theocracy of the Pale one it reads; "Cold weather is Pholtus' way of saying throw another heratic on the fire" man I like that shirt heck it's even white.

The only time I make a point to wear one is when I take my 12 year old daughter anywhere since it embarasses her :)

I've got loads of geeky tees, but I don't think I actually have one that says "D&D" on it. If I did, I'd happily wear it. :)

Very occasionally, I'll decide a shirt probably wouldn't be the best choice for a particular situation (my old Skotos.net "Why yes, I am god" shirt tends to get this treatment the most!), but not out of a desire to hide my interests. ;)

Probably not. Maybe if it was something decently tasteful and low-key, no way in hell I would wear a hideous gaudy shirt with a giant fruity dragon or something on it.

Unless it was printed on an American Apparel. I go out of my way to get good stuff printed on them, since they always fit like a glove.

I don't have one that says D&D on it, but I do frequently wear my Doc Midnight "Crap" shirt* in public, even at work when it's a Saturday and I'm going straight to the game afterward.

*I don't have a link, but the shirt shows a d20 that's just rolled a 1. There's two versions of the caption; I chose the one I COULD wear in public. :)

Yep. Wore more GenCon shirt to a staff meeting once. some guy thought he's be cute and call me out on it. Much to his dismay, nobody rolled their eyes or made a big deal about it. I still wear it pretty often.

I've also worn my 30th anniversary shirt to work. The beholder with the beer stein got some looks.....
