Would the bonuses of these two PrCs stack?

Reading the Bear Warrior class, (CW), and the Weretouched Master, (Eberron), they both gain the abilitiy bonuses of a paticular creature. When the BW rages or frenzies, his bonuses from those abilities are replaced by those of the bear that he turns into. The WtM transforms into a hybrid form of their totem creature, gainning the ability bonuses of that creature in addition to their shifting ability.

From the descripion these bonuses look like they are coming from simillar source, and thus would not stack, but I just wanted some feedback.

I'd consider the two abilities incompatible. Either you're a bear or you're a hybrid-form lycanthrope - you can't be both at once.

Make sure you read the errata on the Weretouched Master. It significantly reduces the ability bonuses.
