Would you buy D&D mini singles from WotC at a premium price?

Would you buy single D&D minis from WotC direct if they sold them at a higher price?

Considering miniatures cost more, by weight, than premium car parts I don't know how they can sustain the prices they have much less seek a venue where they can be sold at a premium.
Miniatures also cost more, by weight, than, say, marbles. Or bricks. Or bottled water. I'm not seeing how the weight/cost ratio of goods is relevant here?

I think I said I messed up the poll. What can I say? Hindsight is 20/20 and I never really do polls (which is pretty obvious).

Okay then.

I think you can edit it, though - add one or two options like

"No, I like it the way it is - I get minis on the secondary market"
or
"No, I buy them by the case, anyway, and get most figures out of a set that way"

Or something like this.

I voted No, although it doesn't really fit me.

I like the status quo...randomized minis for fun and third party vendors when I gotta have it.
