I would. Always wanted to visit Finland.

But flight 666 to Hel(l) on Friday the 13th certainly sounds like a fun setup for a modern horror game.

I flew on a C-26 (Army prop plane) today with my co-worker Tim, whose nickname is "the Fecal Magnet."

The last time I flew on a prop plane with Tim - some three years ago - a freak gust of wind as we were landing tipped our wing-tip onto the pavement, we pivoted along the wing-tip (crumpling the last foot and a half or so of it), and then bounced to a stop in the grass along the runway. The whole thing took less than half a minute; by the time I had the presence of mind to worry "This might not end well!" it was already over.

I'm sure you can image how thrilled I was to be flying on a prop plane with "Tim the Fecal Magnet" on a Friday the 13th, but I made it home without incident. Apparently Fate must have decided that I had already gotten my "survive an airplane crash" box checked.
