Wreck ashore (El Jefe judging) (Finished)

ooc: Holy crap! So this is what happens when I don't log in for a couple days!

ic: "It is good that everything turned out fine. I am sorry I could not help." She looks sincerely disappointed at missing out on the fight.

ooc part 2: I might not be able to log on much the next 2-3 days, since I'm going to college, and moving in/getting settled is difficult. If another battle occurs, Eroin will charge (literally) at the largest threat, and hit it until it is no longer one.

ooc: in my experience, games tend to start fast and then cool a little. And weekends are usually more calmed than the rest of the week. I´ll have the next post ready tomorrow.

The second day passes just like the first, bundled in the small boat. The sun elevates timidly at first, but then seems to gain courage and shines brightly, it´s rays stinging your skin and, above all, Hulgyr´s eyes: the orc has to cover his eyes at noon, almost unable to see.

But it´s when it has declined and dyeing the sky in pink when Rodac says: “We´re arriving”, pointing at a tower, about 50 or more feet tall, barely visible. And for the look of it, you won´t arrive before the night falls. Rodac makes an effort, but when he and Wilhem are unable to see beyond their own hands he admits defeat and looks for the nearest beach.

Roddick and Eroin can see the lighthouse, just two miles ahead. And no light shines in the dark.

Hulgyr keeps watch to see if he sees anybody on or near the lighthouse. He also lays his javelins on the deck where he can easily grab them in case of emergency.
-edit-
As soon as they reach land, he jumps ashore, looks around if there isn't any threat and dons his armor. After that he suggests they go witht he sam routine as yesterday."Let's find another one of those snakes! That last one made a fine meal indeed".

In the dawn that followed the encounter with the snake, Wilhelm sat down and prayed before the rising ball of fire that rose in the East. Through it, he recieved divine energy from his Lady, revelling in his communion with her. With this quest, he is a little closer to his goal... and to his Goddess. And from that he drew great comfort.

Wilhelm is anxious to get to the tower but leashes his excitement when night falls all too quickly for his tastes. As soon as he steps off of the boat, he straps on his armor. The Cleric wonders about the tower and the mysterious circumstances of the entire situation.

He takes the same routine as the night before, keeping guard in the first hours of the night in order to have time to pray during the dawn.

This time you don´t have to go far away to gather firewood. A gnarled tree´s bleached skeleton lies on the sand, ready to be broken apart. You are preparing for the night, when Rodac says: "It´s only a half an hour walk to the lighthouse, I don´t believe it´s even worth the pain to sail there. So, er, I´ve done my part, as you see. I suppose I could wait and see if you want to come back after visiting the lighthouse, but otherwise I´m leaving tomorrow."

The sooner the better indeed, let the adventure go on, so that we can discover the truth behind it all... Roddick says in an excited voice, getting a bit carried away...
