Over the past two campaigns I've run and played in, it was best summed as "Beatdowns & Badguys." Each campaign involved at least one pretty heavy fight every other session, and there was a Big Bad Evil Guy and minions who had to be stopped -- preferably by blunt force or magical trauma.
I ran a short lived forum-based game that was literally called Truth and Dirt. But, for the purposes of this thread, it might have been called "Constructs & Conspiracies".
