XPH classes in Mark of Heroes

Are the classes from the XPH sacntioned by the RPGA for use in the mark of heroes campaign?

If you look at the chargen document, you'll see that they're only allowed for kalashtar, and you're only allowed to play kalashtar with a specific campaign card.
