Raz, Zed and Camera 5 pre fight talk:

Raz: Good evening, fellow fight fans! I'm your host, Raz Charkov....

Zed: And I'm Raz's co-host, Zed Lakin! Welcome!

Raz: Okay Zed, it looks like we've got an exciting matchup tonight against two fierce competeitors.

Zed: Right you are, Raz! I have to say I'm really looking forward to this fight. You sports fans should be pretty excited about this underdog matchup!

Raz: I'd have to say so. Our first contender is the mighty Sidhe Li, a brown belt master of the martial arts. He's a real champion, this guy, always helping the community in his area. In fact, we've got a special talk with him later on at halftime.

Zed: That's right, and we hope you'll stay with us for the exciting after game show as well. But getting back to the contestants, we've got a new fighter who's really shown some courage facing Sidhe Li. The fans are really excited about him, and can't wait to see what he can do. His name? Shiba Temuro, master of the Manticore style of fighting.

Raz: And with that, let's go down to the arena! The Prime Leader has decreed that this match is to take place at the shrine north-east of Shangtung Mountain on the dusk of the cherry blossom. Good luck to the contestants, and remember to support our sponsor, Darkwolf Beer, the preferred choice of honor masters everywhere!

OOC: As you say "spar", you want this to be an official match, right?

Right. Official match.

And Wizardry, it sounds suspiciously like the pre-game-talking on my old blood bowl pc game. But any number of football games probably have the same.

"Defend yourself," says Sidhe Li as the match starts.

Sidhe Li, knowing he has plenty of time in the match, decides to start slow for a change and observe his opponent's style. Adopting the form of the dragon, he moves in close and then drops below Temuro's offense, moving to dodge the attacks of the other. When he finally throws a punch of his own, he puts all his momentum behind it.

Whoa... a furious start...

The fist bows next to the cavern; wards off the terror of the venom!

Seeing the furious assault of Sidhe Li, Temuro forgets that he is carrying his katana, and tries to hit his opponent with his fist, hoping to ward of the terrible attack.

As he regains his senses, Temuro finally draws his katana.

Raz: Well, Zed, it appears the opponents want to start things off slow, as Sidhe Li drops to the floor in the Dragon Stance, and Shiba Temuro uses the bowing fist technique to try and deflect Sidhe Lis attack.

Zed: A good analysis, Raz, and I have to say the attacks seem pretty equal. This round is incredibly close, and even an experienced fight fan like me has trouble discerning who has the better attack at first glance.

Raz: Right you are, Zed, and we'll go to the slow motion replay to see who really has the superior style this round.

Zed: Wow! That's a really impressive use of the warding technique by Shiba Temuro. Still, look at Sidhe Lis smooth movements as he dodges by the attacks of his opponent.

Raz: I have to agree with you there Zed, it's clear that Sidhe Lis superior fighting experience and style put him a notch above his opponent in this round. Point and flag Sidhe Li!

Zed: The fans are going wild, this will definitely be a great match to watch.

Guys, I'm going to have to bow out as the judge for this match. A few things came up.

OOC: That's sad news, you have an interesting judging style.

The spear slides above the village; avoids the thrust of the mountain!

Sliding his katana high up before thrusting it at Sidhe Li, Temuro tries to avoid the thrusting attacks by his montainous opponent.

I am having troubles posting at times, so if I go slightly longer than the 24 hour limit please be patient

Now Sidhe Li leaps high, defending all the while.

The southern cross seeks over the vineyard; wards off the tempest of the pole!

Sure, no problem.

Sidhe Li's punch looks like its going to go high but he catches Temuro off guard and gets him right in the head!
