Sharlea will collect the Yen, burn the body, then exit the room and head down the tunnel to the west.

The tunnel to the west goes about ten feet before ending in a rough shaped room perhaps thirty feet north to south and fifteen feet wide.

There are barrells and boxes in the room, apparently containing mostly food.

There is a tunnel heading out of the south wall, curving around to the west. Sharlea hears some skittering sounds as well behind some boxes on the north wall.

As Sharlea searches the north end of the room, she moves a box and is just in time to see a flash of brown fur dissappear down a large hole. A very large hole in fact, almost 2 and 1/2 feet in diameter. The hole is in the floor and seems to lead into a larger tunnel going northward.

Her search reveal nothing else however.

Sharlea can indeed wiggle into the hole and she finds the tunnel connecting it to be wide enough to crawl along (though standing is out of the question.)

She crawls this way for what she estimates is fifty feet in a mostly north-westerly direction, but that is only a guess.

She hears the sound of movements ahead, but she can hardly crawl fast enough to make out what it is that is moving. The various large rat droppings and pieces of coarse fur however give her some idea.

After what she gueses to be fifty feet, the tunnel enters into a slightly wider tunnel, one branch of which curls away to her right and the other to her left.

There is a mass of rats down the left hand tunnel. large rats. very large rats in fact. Their eyes glitter in the torchlight and thought they make no move and utter, naturally enough, no word, they indicate clearly that they want her to take the right hand passage.

As Sharlea heads to her right, the rats move slowly behind her, just out of her immediate reach. The tunnel bends to her left and then heads straight for about twenty feet, becoming slightly more and more narrow. Finally the tunnel ends at a "y" About five feet down the right hand branch of the "y" is another group of rats (about five in total) their teeth click angrily. The left hand branch of the "y" is open.

"Great, they're herding me! Dumb, dumb, dumb to come down here Shar!" With no other easy course, Sharlea will take the left fork.

The tunnel continues another twenty feet and then comes out in a much larger room. It has a sandy floor and stone walls. As Sharlea stands, the rats block the tunnel behind her. Sharlea notices quickly there are two other tunnels out of the room but mostly she notices the scruffy looking thin man lounging on a throne of sorts. A dilapedated throne to be sure but a throne none-theless. He is dressed in brown raggedy clothing and sports a thin beard.

"Greetings friend," says the man cheerfully, "What brings such a pretty thing into my kingdom." He gestures to indicate his surroundings as he mentions his "kingdom."
