Neither was I. I actaully find "D&D" enjoyable again and look forward to many, many happy 4e games.
Ah. Sorry, when you referred to it being "teh awesome" with quotes and all, I sort of assumed sarcasm...
Carry on.

IF??!?? Are you sure you are a guy?I'm a guy. If I want nudity or porn there are outlets for this.
Has there ever been an official D&D product where you felt you couldn't do that?I'm pretty damn happy I can crack open the core books on the bus, in a park, public library, etc without upsetting easily offended busybodies.
So you are saying that boys of 12+ aren't interested in a little bit of skin? Or do you mean that it would be disallowed by some censoring committee, or whoever decides such things in the States?I'm a happy healthy sex obsessed male and still I'm very happy that there is no gratuitous nudity or gore in the core books. Including that stuff would have excluded selling D&D to a younger audience (I hope!) and thats hardly a healthy business model.
Can you explain to me which soaps and/or dramas has too much sex and gore in them? While we don't get all over here, I know of very few (if any) that are considered inappropriate because of the amount of gore or sex.As a side note there is far too much sex and gore in films, games and books these days. It has its place and I enjoy it but for the love of the gods can't I just turn on the TV and enjoy a nice bit of heroic fantasy (or a drama, soap etc) without worrying about the younger members of my family walking in.
I believe that is a guy thing. Maybe the other poster saying there was too much nudity is a woman? Would make sense that way.
They're called parents over here.So you are saying that boys of 12+ aren't interested in a little bit of skin? Or do you mean that it would be disallowed by some censoring committee, or whoever decides such things in the States?
There is a demon or devil in the MM that has some side-boob action going on, but otherwise nothing in any of the books couldn't be in a Disney movie. As above: I understand the motive of trying to draw in all types of new/casual players, but I'm also ready to be treated like an adult, please.
