Yet another grapple question

Do attack bonuses from spells (insight, moral etc.) help with grapple checks?
Do damage bonuses (as from above) count for damage done due to a grapple check (say constrict)?

I'm 95% sure the answer is "no" and "yes" respectively, but I thought I'd be sure as it's going to matter shortly.

Edit: While I'm at it, if an NPC humanoid who has a weapon that can do constrict damage has iterative attacks can they do that constrict damage more than once a round in a grapple?

They help with the initial melee touch attack part (Step 2), but not the actual grapple check (Step 3).

The second part of your question I can see going either way. It states you deal the normal amount of damage you would with an unarmed attack (1d3 +Str if medium). So you have to decide, does the normal amount of damage include bonus damage from spells and such? I would personally allow it.

To your last question:

CONSTRICT
A creature with this special attack can crush an opponent, dealing bludgeoning damage, after making a successful grapple check.

If you make 3 successful grapple checks, that is 3 constricts.

No. Although the grapple check is "like a melee attack roll", it uses only BAB, Str, and a special size modifier.

So long as the damage is from an attack that can be used in a grapple (light weapon, unarmed attack, natural weapon, special grapple ability, like constrict or rake, etc.), then: yes.

We let inspire courage and the like add to grapple and disarm checks. Doesn't seem significantly unbalancing one way or the other.
Ditto. I can't think of any reason why, if you're heroically inspired or moving with supernatural haste or incredibly lucky, these bonuses shouldn't also apply to grapple checks just like attack rolls.
