Hi all,
Thanks for the discussion on
Knights of Doom. Ratings and reviews have been very positive and it was featured recently on
Lord Gosumba's GREYHAWK - Legends & Lore #269: Organizations of the Great Kingdom if anyone is curious and wants to see. It's part of a larger project that will hopefully come to fruition and I hope to make a few more Greyhawk Journals if there is interest.
A lot of effort and care went into making these 5 pages, and we really love writing the Fiend-Sage. He's like the Brain-Gremlin from Gremlins 2. I'm almost certainly going to revisit him in the future with some more content and if/
when Knights gets to Copper Seller I will add (at least a) 6th page to the supplement and it will be a good page with lots of extra content in it with a particularly nice asset that was made by a human (me). I'll almost certainly be adding more content like that in the future as well if there's demand.

Regarding the discussion on AI art: I don’t intend to reopen the debate, as
I've shared my thoughts on the topic elsewhere. It is what it is, we're open about it, and it can be a bit discouraging when all conversation about Knights seems to be overshadowed with discussion about the 3 pieces of AI art. The article has quite a lot else to recommend it (IMNHO) and most of the other assets in the document were handcrafted, using traditional digital methods. I'm also not willing to use stick figures as they'd be incongruous with the look I'm going for - I'm a hobbyist, but part of that hobby is I like making beautiful PDFs and sharing them. Most of them have been free, and there will be more freebies in the future.
In my professional life, I’m a Computer Science lecturer, so I have knowledge about AI and I'm a bit of a dab hand with Photoshop (which itself is becoming increasingly AI powered with generative fills etc.). I put significant effort into curating the AI-generated images and they went through lots of manual evolution. Lastly while some may believe that using AI art is unethical, I think it's important to recognize that this is currently only a valid opinion but not a universal fact. End of my input on this matter - won't be discussing this further. I'm happy to discuss Greyhawk or the content of the article.
