Campaign log. House rules. Anecdotes. Detailed biographical information (including bank account numbers, social security/personal ID numbers, medical conditions, etc.) of players who piss the DM off. That kind of stuff.

See my sig. Important stuff is:

1. Rules for creating PCs. This is the most important.
2. General Setting info & maps.
3. Campaign-specific info.
4. Campaign logs/diaries.
5. Link to a BBS.

House rules are also good to have on website, but rules related to PC creation & that directly affect the viability of PC classes are the most important.

I'd expand "campaign-specific info" by adding stuff like, History, Pantheon, special mechanics, PrCs, feats, spells... basically, take the Eberron book and follow the same format.

House rules and character generation information are the most important. I also try to keep updated player character sheets, so me and the players will be on the same page. A log of the adventures, a list of PCs and major NPCs encountered, and links are all fine too, but time-consuming.

My website also appears in my quote... basically we put there the general campaign info, mostly info on the setting. A listing of the house rules, usually updated character sheets, and most importantly the Wiki campaign log :)

We also usually open a yahoo/google group for each campaign and keep a link to it from the website

I find that for my group it is mostly a waste of time. They don't use it.
I put pcs, dead pcs, npcs, locations, session updates, house rules, links, maps, items, that's about it.
