Your Favorite Dungeon Villains and Locations?

For location, the best I think is the Monastary, specificly the trap/test rooms, from the adventure The Winding Way from issue 117.

Another great recent location. We had a lot of fun with that adventure.

Yep. That has remained one of my favorite adventures, including villains and locations (that I haven't been able to run yet) in any copy of Dungeon.

My favourite location wold probably be Firewatch Island from Tammerauts Fate (can't remember the issue number, sorry).

That was a very good adventure that really had a zombie horror feel to it! Very good location for an adventure.

Vanthus Vanderboren. We started Tides of Dread (part 5 of Savage Tides) tonight; we last played the campaign about two months ago, and we played There is No Honor before the second part was published. So, I'm refreshing the memories of the players:

Me: And then you see Lavina
Player: ...is she the one that hired us?
Me: Yup, that's her. And her brother is Vanthus
Player: That's the guy that trapped us down the hole!

Haven't met him face to face, but they know him and hate him. That's good in a villain.
