Otherwise, I've only got a couple of manilla folders that aren't replacible.

Odd question, in that none of the things I would attempt to save would be rpgs

But let's say it had to be one ... probably Ars Magica, just so I can continue gaming

Actually having this happen to me about two years ago I grabbed a collectors sword I had purchased the day before, and a check for my roommate’s part of the rent for the following month, which was not needed since the building was condemned.

But in the end I was lucky the firefighters were able to keep the fire contained to the back half of the house, with my room being the only one in the front.

Although wife and kids don't apply at the moment and I'd forget about the pets.

If my home were burning, it'd be because I set it on fire. One of the lovely things about living encased in steel and concrete is that napalm becomes your universal pest control and cleaning solution. If an actual fire, probably involving large amounts of thermite, somehow managed to start down here, the ensuing secondary munitions explosions would wipe everything out faster than you could run, anyway. I order ammo by truckloads. In fact, next week, I have three truckloads scheduled to arrive for National Ammo Day.

Because anything worth buying is worth buying in bulk. It's cheaper that way.

I would probably grab my box of homebrew stuff. I can replace my books, dice, and other commercially available items but would have a hard time recreating my own work.
