Are we talking just core rules, or with lots of supplements/setting material? I'll assume the latter....

Shadowdark
Dragonbane
MERP (not to play, just to read. I'm on a desert island, right?)

Daggerheart - it's my system of choice and offers a lot of what DnD can do but lighter.
FATE - This is my go-to for any franchise I would want to run. Star Trek? Use some Atomic Robo elements like brainstorming for technobabble and batching together skills for a science officer. Star Wars, Cyberpunk, Fate is flexible like that.
unknown - The third slot is reserved for the first Superhero game that really sings for me. Which I haven't found yet. Superhero games I've tried are either too crunchy or too light for me. I've tried Superheros in FATE, and ... it works, but I'd like something more, but doesn't need app support.

So, Daggerheart for traditional DnD, a Superhero game for Superheros and FATE for everything else, lol

nWoD (not CoD) - it covers pretty much all genres set in modern day setting. While i love V:tM more than Requiem, i like rest of the game lines better in nWoD.

D&D 5e - for fantasy in all flavors. If LotR 5e counts as separate game, i can recreate it with houserules.

Cyberpunk, but it's toss up between 2020 and RED.

Honorable mention: Window 1ed. That system is so rules light (and i mean light) that's almost freeform roleplay with barley any dice involved.
