I always thought Count Zero was rather overlooked. From what remember it would be very streaming/film friendly.A good cyberpunk film. Maybe a Snow Crash adaptation (there was a series in development at one point, but it's been stuck in development hell for a while).
[Edit: A Headlopper animated series would also be very, very, fun.]

And I second Stainless Steel Rat. I think that would translate well. Easy world building for audiences.
