Yuan-Ti PC stats anyone?

I heard that everyones favorite manical snake-men would be statted out in the MM as one of the playable monsterpc races, or whathaveyou. If true, could someone list what they get plz.

Also, do the playable races in the MM get racial feats? And how exactly are they 'balanced' vs the PHB races? (I mean, how did they balance the minotaur vs the halfling)

Lastly, how does a playable race differ from a listerd monster of the same type? That is, does the minotaur maurauder monster entry (or any minotaur monster) use the Minotaur playable pc racial writeup stats in its statblock?

Sorry, Yuan-ti aren't statted out. Yes, they do all get racial feats. As to how they're balanced... I dunno. A minotaur is going to play a hell of a lot differently from a halfling. The statted races all seem (at a glancethrough) to get a power, a bonus of some kind, and then the skill and stat bonuses we expect. So they all look like they've been balanced and given unique flavor. The minotaur looks like a perfect fighter, for example, whereas the drow's a striker.

And, yes, another quick look confirms that the abilities of the statted races are used in the monster entries.
