Why would you choose to buy the same book without bookmarks if you have the option? Or do I not understand the question? Anyway, PDFs ought to at least have bookmarks that mirror the Table of Contents for the product.

No. I would assume the ability is either (Ex) if the creature has wings, or (Su) if it does not. In either case, you can't dispel the ability with Dispel Magic Mal-2 Edit: typo

If you're a Divine caster, you can use Incense of Meditation (from the DMG) to cause all of your prepared spells for the day to be Maximized with no actual spell level increase. Mal-2

If you don't want to do a lot of work re-writing magic rules and such, make the primary spellcasting classes into prestige classes. Set the entry requirements depending on how difficult wielding magic is in your campaign. Mal-2

I don't have my 3.5 Monster Manual here, but the SRD doesn't mention anything about DR in the template. All of the example zombies do have DR 5/slashing. Looks to me like it was just left out of the template, and should be added.
