There is a Dire Creature template in the Tome of Horrors Complete (PF). And spinosaurus stats can be found in the Bestiary 3 (PF).

Sorry - no known links. The text of the spells is basically identical to the Summon Monster spells. Also, Dragonlance - Age of Mortals has a set of Call Undead I-IX spells. Again, the text is very simialr to the Summon Monster spells.
