Pathfinder 1E Enchantment Bonus With Flat Cost

It is a flat cost, and does not add to the + limit. It would cost 6000 to go from a +1 adaptive to a +2 adaptive.

    The Three Musketeers (2011)

utter garbage Complete Trash in my opinion. The plot was so utterly inane I couldn't get by it. I loved Sherlock Holmes too, even though they modernized it for the audience today, but this one. I felt like the writer didn't think I was smart enough to notice how stupid the whole thing was...

Motivations of a winter goddess: any ideas?

I am not familiar with the goddess but here are some general ideas of a winter goddess. I would imagine her as cold, calculating. Logical and not liking emotional beings. She likes everything to fit into a pattern, and doesn’t like races that are unpredictable. Also, she might be afraid of...

    Finally reading the trilogy...

Dont want to take it too far off topic, but I really like the early harper book. They focused alot on the "not-so-mighty" and had some great stories. When they started moving to the "heroes" if got boring for me. Elfshadow was so good it made me pick of the new pathfinder book by the same author.

Hook for Outside Help to Thieves' Guild?

Maybe the target paid protection money to the guild, so they have to pin it on someone else. Maybe a member of the party's father/mother/relative was secretly in the guild. The guild is scouting him out to see if eh is as good, or maybe the old member got away with a secret that the guild hope...

Pathfinder 1E What do you want for Pathfinder from 3PP?

I agree with adventures. Spell list (As long as they are balanced) and Monsters are a close second, but I don't play on golarion. I play in a homebrew, and would love to see more generic Adventures. The kind that could be dropped into any world.

Should stats have any bearing on roleplay?

I have run into this as a player. I wrote my idea down on a piece of paper and gave it to the other pc with a high intelligence, so in game it came from him. Then my character looked on in confusion while he used big words to explain it.

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

You can see it that way. You are wrong though. What I am doing is testing him, to see if he is smart enough to get the point. Then if he isn't I am giving him a chance to leave the game with his dignity intact, rather than me tellimg him to leave in a way there would be no doubt that it was not...

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

I want to make clear this is NOT my position. Asking why is fine. Telling me that "I don't like them" is not good enough and demanding more is not fine. They are two different things.

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

First you have made an assumption about me that is wrong and condesending. My players don't accept "my authority". You don't know them or me. My players trust that I can provide a fun time, and that is why they don't argue. There is a big difference there, and I'm sorry if you have never run...

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

Kind of. It isn't the questioning that would get me. It is the fact that the person thinks they have a right to an answer. If someone say "how come" and I say I don't like them, and its over, then fine. If someone says "You need a better answer than that! That is unacceptable!" (and I get...

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

You not getting it. I'm not getting rid of a player because he dosen't agree with me. I am getting rid of a player because he is willing to make a stink over a game and disrupt things. It he is a long time player, then he should know better, and know there is a reason, even if I don't bring...

Why is "I don't like it" not good enough?

Maybe sometimes getting an answer of "Because I don't like them" and sticking with that until you leave the game, is exactly the outcome the DM is looking for. If I tell a my players no elves and that I don't want to discuss the reason, and one keep going back to me on it, it just means I have...
