Get a message from Adobe Reader that one of the signatures is invalid because the file has been modified after being signed.

We use maximum hit points per level up to level 10 and then half hit points per level after that. Makes the early levels a little more survivable.

Have you tried to 'safe boot'. It might let you delete that file and start over.

Shouldn't the party of five 9th level characters with gear be pitted against a single level 12 character without gear to test this? An entire party of level 12 characters would be a much higher challenge rating.
