These are both good ideas for how a requisition can go. I see some of my characters going the first, and others being much more charismatic and going the way of the latter. I can't wait for players to use this requisitioning system versus a traditional dungeon snatch and grab.

I'll certainly have to encourage my normally combat focused players to be a little more considerate with their skill points, but hopefully this will prevent the entire group from running into a room and saying, "We all search the room!" and each shouting out their Perception scores.

There was a post on another thread (sorry, not sure of the original poster), suggesting GMs posting their in between adventures here. I think that'd certainly be a good start for fleshing out this world.

I was thinking the same thing about the loci, until reading this post. I love the idea that these items are safely stashed in the R.H.C., and can be requisitioned as permanent gear when needed.
