An "ultimate fighting machine" that can't wear armor? Then nerf his wisdom and charisma so he can't be an effective Monk or Paladin. I guess the only choice is to play a Barbarian (or Ninja :) ).

Psionics rules are now included in the SRD. You might be able to get along with just that until a revised version comes along. On the other hand, it could be quite a while till we see 3.5 psionics (if ever).

What I don't understand is this. Shouldn't there be three slayers? Buffy has died twice, but only one extra slayer has been activated (who subsequently died, activating Faith, IIRC).
One thing I would expect NOT to see. I don't think we'll see any mention of multi-classing restrictions for Paladins and Monks. I believe (hope?) that this rule will quietly disappear.
