I honestly have no idea how psions are as controllers...looking over your basic stats, it looks like these two will still be pretty distinct. The Scholar is much more into studious things, wheras your fellow has more 'face' skills and orientation.

Also, I just realized it's been awhile since I posted Scholar's sheet. The first one is a titch out of date. Sorry about that!
