As a note, did anyone else get a bit annoyed when in EP 1 when Qui Gon an Obi Wan are fighting off the droids, they just hit them with their Lightsabers like a stick, not slicing through them at all?

Anyway, I greatly look forward to this. These shorts might not have much in the way of story, but that's because it's A FRIGGIN WAR. And even still, what story it does have is far better than the poorly written half-effort plots in 1 & 2. Mua.

Heck, I say they let Tartakovsky direct the next one(s)!

I enjoyed the carton series. A little over the top but very entertaining. The comics on the Clone Wars have also been very good. I've enjoyed the different takes the artists and writers have on the characters.
