The worlds/genres I would like to see translated to ANY RPG really (don't care as long as the genre is handled well, then I can translate to any system I wish, if need be).

But, honestly, some genrea aer handled better in some games than others. Some I would like to see (and the system I think best fits them) are listed below. If more than one system is listed, I have listed them in order of my prefered choice.

• Masters of the Universe (HERO, or d20)
• C.S.Lewis' Narnia (FUDGE, or GURPS)
• Isaac Asimov's Foundation (GURPS, or d20)
• Flash Gordon (d20, or GURPS)
• Battletech ([]d20[/i], or GURPS - never liked the RPG systems they used)
• Robotech (GURPS, or d20 - I hate the Paladium version)
• Steve Jackson Games' Technomancer (d20 - already in GURPS)
• Steve Jackson Games' Yrth (d20 - already in GURPS)
• Babylon 5 (GURPS, d20 - the old RPG sucked; if d20 is used, get the guys at Agents of Gaming to allow the use of Babylon-5 Wars as the starship combat system baseline)
• Star Wars (GURPS - already in d20)
• Battlestar Galactica (GURPS, or d20)
• Wildcards (HERO - already in GURPS)
• The Matrix (HERO, or FUDGE)
• Willow (d20, or GURPS) -- the best part is that with some good authors, you could put anything here, because so little is actually defined.
• Speed Racer (GURPS, or d20)
• Thundarr the Barbarian (d20, or FUDGE)

Let us know how that comes. I'd like to see it. Seems like the rules here would transfer fairly well to a M.A.S.K. D20 game as well.

G.I. Joe

I think if you did a G.I. Joe RPG, it'd have to be true to the cartoon. Everyone would have to scream "Yo Joe!" or "Cobraaaaa!" before every battle depending on who they were playing.

And no one could ever die. So, if you shot a helicopter down, the Cobra soldiers would always parachute out.

If someone ever actually got killed, it'd have to be in a 4-part (movie) campaign and be a major thing.

That would be interesting to have a game where you can't die. Maybe instead of hit points you have hero points and when they run out you roll on a table:

1. Forced Retreat
2. Surrender
3. Unconsciousness
4. Disfigurement or Severe (but recoverable after a given time period) Injury
5. Change to the Enemy Side (PCs become opposing NPCs at this point)
etc.

Instead of having the character leave the game when he dies, it would just add more plot hooks.
