Finished Abaddon's Gate. Very good, 4/5, room for more books, contrary to rumors I heard, they do not discover FTL.
Started 1463 (follow-up to 1461) and House of Silk.

Reviews are pretty mixed; the topic looks interesting but I myself wouldn't pursue the book.

Yeah. The reviews on Amazon are decidedly better, FWIW.

Finished 1493, by Charles C. Mann, and Nature Girl by Carl Hiaasen. Both good reads (4/5). In the middle of House of Silk: A Sherlock Holmes Novel, by Anthony Horowitz right now. It's very...Holmesian.
