Through rings, L'Aurel, "I bet there quite a bit our ancestors kept from him while he was chained here."

His hands dance through the air for a moment (he is obviously casting a spell of some sort). "You!" he repeats, this time with anger evident in his voice. To the heavens, he bellows, "Why can I not be rid of you!?"

Turning his attention back to you, he waves his bony hand dismissively. "The price is....sufficient. I know nothing of your mother, though I wish I did. If she is not dead already, I might kill her myself and send one of that arrogant priest's brood beyond to join him! You, unfortunately, are an inapropriate target - for the moment. Be wary should our...agreement...fall through."
