I assume the one with the differing runes is the one we want to take. (Which is different from the left (north) one that Qawasha recommended.
As good a guess as any. How do we activate it? At this point it would almost be easier to fight 50 statue creatures...

It's the south one that appears slightly different, but I'm not sure why that would make it necessarily a better choice than any other one.

My reasoning is the other two are the same...why would you have two portals that lead to the same place? My guess is it's a trap.
The only other thing I can think of is this:
Acerak (or however you spell his name) needed to navigate this place. There is a trail of broken statues down the middle leading to the portals. Is there any evidence of one portal being travelled to more than the others?
Not that it matters anymore since it looks like we've made a choice. (and I just rolled survival and got an 8)
