Eternity follows from behind Michael, Ironwolf and Aglaia, letting her friend Hulgyr take point. Expecting danger at any point now, Eternity readies herself with several defensive meassures.

Michael tucks in tight behind Hulgyr, covering his weapon-side flank.
He tries to keep one eye cocked for conditions on the ceiling that would make enlarging dangerous.

Other than that, he uses his eyes and ears twice each and his mouth not at all.

*Eternity manifests some powers, and Aglaia leads the way at several intersections, until they reach an area of the mines where it looks like part of the cavern wall crumbled away, revealing an older structure behind, not a mine cavern at all but some sort of structure chiseled into the rock, of different composition than before.*

"This is the new area the miners discovered before it started happening...we should be careful--who knows what could be in there!"

Michael brings his torch close to the fresh-worked stone, searching for any engravings or sculptures.
He's also interested in finding firing ports for dart traps, but that seems like a stretch.

*Michael's no dwarf, but as a servant of Sela, he knows something about stone--the worked stone in the room beyond the fallen wall seems old, possibly milennia old. He doesn't see any inscriptions just yet, but it looks like the way continues deeper.*

Michael feels a prickle run down his spine, and not in the good May-dance, pretty-girl-behind-him way.

This is very bad. Nothing gets this buried for this long accidentally.

He wishes he had another pair of hands for his new worry stone.
This keeps up, I'll need a whole pouch of new worry stones...
