Kamotz looks at the paystub, Good, they'll have armor for me, and hopefully a horse trainer. Maybe along the way we'll be ambushed by bandits, and I'll get to see some fresh death.

"Time to head back into town and start putting this money to work," the gnome declares as he joins the supply caravan heading back towards Daunton.

Kamotz uses his gold to buy training from the caravan horse trainer, and impenetrable barding back in Daunton. Riding on the new warhorse, with his replacement armor and shield, Kamotz never felt more righteous.
