Yay! For accounting purposes, did we start with inspiration (thus giving us 2 now), or is this the first inspiration point?

Also...WAND. DIBS. :) (kidding, our wizard might need it more)

Finally...what about the guy Arcata knocked out with nonlethal magic missiles? Is he still alive?

Per the PHB, you are only ever allowed One Point of Inspiration at a time, you can't like Stockpile it. I don't believe I gave you folks Inspiration to start, so consider this the first bit of it.

The Wand can be checked out to see what it is or is not, of course.

And yes, the Thugs that Lucien shattered as well as the mage that Arcata missiled are all unconscious, and therefore still alive.

Though perhaps your enemies did not realize that >.>

To my understanding, Shove knocks someone Prone.
Prone ends the Grappled Condition and inflicts the Prone condition.
Prone requires movement to stand. Action to Dash then adds movement, provoking the OA

At least, that's how I read and worked the rules for that.

Shove doesn't end grapple necessarily. At least I would only rule it did if someone besides the grappler did the shove. So grapple and shove prone is allowed while maintaining the grapple.

This us the understanding I've seen from discussions of grappling I've read while researching my grappling goliath bard for AL.
