That's definitely BB.

Also, I'm thinking this is not actually a joke: I don't think anyone else sees Blackwing. Probably has something to do with the Snarl; we know something weird's going on there, and this just amplifies the weird.

Because you only have a finite number of slots for arcane destruction, whilst life has an unlimited supply of indignities.
