Question about Damage

Okay! I'm having a little trouble with damage here, and figuring out when you're supposed to add certain bonuses. So. Could someone help me here?

When do you add bonus static damage (Power Attack, Enhancement, Weapon Focus, etc) to a damage roll? To help me figure this out, could you tell me how much damage a given power would deal, assuming a +6 Weapon (d10 damage)/Implement?

Reaper's Stance

Manticore's Volley (all three attacks hitting)

Evard's Black Tentacles and Evard's Black Tentacles sustain minor?

Thanks ^_^

Page 276 spells this out pretty clearly, especially the example given.

Reaper's Stance
Whenever you use a fighter power...you gain a power bonus to damage rolls equal to your Dexterity modifier. Any enemy that starts its turn adjacent to you takes 1[W] damage and ongoing 10 damage (save ends)

For all other attacks where you're actively using a fighter power, gain +DEX. If they start next to you, deal 1[W] + (other modifiers).

Manticore's Volley
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC, three attacks
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage per attack. If two attacks hit, deal an extra 1[W] damage. If all three attacks hit, deal an extra 2[W] damage.

Roll your three attacks. If one hits, [W] + DEX + (other modifiers). If two hit, deal 3[W] + 2xDEX + 2x(other modifiers). If all three hit, 5[W] + 3xDEX + 3x(other modifiers).

Black Tentacles
Hit: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier necrotic damage
Sustain Minor: When you sustain the power, repeat the attack against any creature within the zone that is not immobilized, and deal 1d10 necrotic damage to creatures that are immobilized.

Hit: 2d10 + INT + (other modifiers).
Sustain: If they're immobilized, 1d10 + (other modifiers). If not immobilized, 2d10 + INT + (other modifiers) if you hit

Thank you very much. While it might seem clear, I got differing answers on the subject and, for some reason, the PHB's explanation was leaving it unclear.

So, to sum it up. Anytime you roll damage that is not specifically classified as extra damage (ala Manticore's Volley, Sneak Attack, etc), you add the appropriate modifiers to the damage roll.

Thank you for clarifying that for a silly individual. ^_^

That's how I understand it. [W] includes your feat, power, enhancement, etc. no matter what.
Not quite - that word "includes" could be misleading. [W] is strictly your weapon die, but because it involves a die it becomes a "damage roll" with the weapon the [W] represents, and thus after rolling however many [W]-dice the power specifies, you add enhancement, feat, Sneak Attack, etc. to the total. Any time you deal damage that isn't rolled, you don't add effects that add to "damage rolls" such as enhancement damage.

A side note is that the "brutal" property is considered to be a trait of the [W] itself, and so all [W] rolls (and only [W] rolls) are brutal. If you have a High Crit weapon, the High Crit dice are also brutal because they're [W]s.
